With a very modest budget, PLEN provides high-value career building and mentorship opportunities in Washington, DC to develop the next generation of leaders. Our goal is to provide college students with access to influential decision-makers and effective career training so more women and marginalized gender groups, from every corner of the US and the world, have a clear path to top leadership in government, international relations, and business.
