Established in March 2015, the Ellie Shaw Scholarship aims to fulfill PLEN’s mission to prepare women for leadership in the public policy arena. The scholarship is open to all students, with strong preference given to students attending PLEN seminars from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.

The Ellie Shaw Scholarship is made possible by the generosity of personal donor contributions. PLEN is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and a portion of a donation may be tax deductible.
