Did you know that PLEN wasn't always in Washington, DC? From our first programs in 1979 on college campuses, to our first DC program in 1983, PLEN was headquartered on Wells College in Aurora, NY. In 1988, PLEN relocated to Washington, DC to be in the city where the policy changemaking happens.
