In 1994, PLEN established the annual PLEN Mentor Awards to honor women who are not only leaders in their field, but who also dedicate their time to mentoring the next generation of women leaders. Since the first ceremony, we've honored over 100 women who are leaders from government, nonprofits, research institutions, and universities for their commitment to helping women coming up the ladder behind them.
