Angie Schmidt Whitney, M.A.
Executive Director, XPD - EXperience & Professional Development, College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University

Angie is a dedicated higher education professional with over 20 years of experience in both large research-based and small liberal arts institutions. Her work spans the areas of experiential learning, career counseling/coaching, leadership, pre-law advising, international student advising, academic advising, and undergraduate/professional school admission. Angie is committed to connecting all students to experiences and reflection. She is the Executive Director of the Experience & Professional Development (XPD) office at the College of Saint Benedict/Saint John’s University. She leads the Fleischhacker Center for Ethical Leadership in Action, providing opportunities to engage women in experiential opportunities to explore their future as ethical leaders.
Angie holds a Master of Arts from the University of Minnesota's Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology Program and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the College of Saint Benedict. Angie also spent a year in Germany through a State Department fellowship.
