Caitlin Donahue, Board Chair

While at Curley Company, Caitlin has worked with Fortune 500 companies and leading trade associations to develop multimedia communications strategies for government affairs teams, PACs and external audiences. An expert in digital advocacy, she has developed dozens of advocacy campaigns that utilize digital, social and traditional media tactics to inform and persuade key audiences. Much of her work is focused on helping organizations take a proactive approach to reputation management through earned and digital media.
Prior to joining Curley Company, Caitlin was the Vice President of Public Affairs at CRAFT Media/Digital. Before CRAFT, she led the political advocacy programs at the National Restaurant Association and served as the Executive Director of Candidate Advocacy at BIPAC. She began her career in government affairs and PAC fundraising for Procter & Gamble and Liberty Mutual. She holds an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
Caitlin serves as a regular contributor of The Association 100, where she writes about effective digital, video and advocacy strategies for associations. She is also frequent guest speaker on topics such as women’s leadership, digital media and video strategy.
Caitlin’s favorite place in Washington is Arlington Cemetery, where she enjoys walking, reflecting and taking in the beautiful views of the city.
