Students who plan to pay by check or expect to receive funding from their school should select “pay by check” when completing the Event Wizard form. Students are strongly encouraged to pay all seminar and housing fees by check.

Registration Fee

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $125.

Seminar Fee

$300 for Students from PLEN Member Institutions

$380 for Students from PLEN Associate Member Institutions

$650 for Students from Non-PLEN Institutions

These fees do not cover expenses for transportation and most meals.  Seminar housing is available for an additional cost.

You must have all seminar fees paid by Friday, December 7, 2012.

Housing Costs (optional)

PLEN has negotiated a discount rate with the Carlyle Suites Hotel, located in the Dupont Circle area of Washington, DC. Please do not contact the hotel to make a reservation; PLEN will make the reservation for you.

Double Room: $470 (per person) Check in: Sunday, January 6; Check out: Friday, January 11

Triple Room: $360 (per person) Check in: Sunday, January 6; Check out: Friday, January 11

Cancellation Policy

All students who cancel their registration by December 12, 2012 will receive a complete refund except for the $125 registration fee.

If a student needs to cancel after December 12, 2012 due to extenuating circumstances, refund arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
