Students who plan to pay by check or expect to receive funding from their school should select “pay by check” when completing the RegOnline form. Students are strongly encouraged to pay all seminar and housing fees by check.
You must have all seminar fees paid by Friday, December 9, 2011.
Registration Fee
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $100.
Seminar Fee
$250 for Students from PLEN Member Institutions
$330 for Students from PLEN Associate Member Institutions
$500 for Students from Non-PLEN Schools

These fees do not cover expenses for transportation and most meals. Seminar housing is available for an additional cost.
Housing Costs (optional)
PLEN has negotiated a discount rate with the Carlyle Suites Hotel, located in the Dupont Circle area of Washington, DC. Please do not contact the hotel to make a reservation; PLEN will make the reservation for you.
Double Room: $465 (per person) (Check in: Sunday, Jan. 8; Check out: Friday, Jan. 13)
Triple Room: $350 (per person) (Check in: Sunday, Jan. 8; Check out: Friday, Jan. 13)
Cancellation Policy
All students who cancel their registration by December 16, 2011 will receive a complete refund except for the $100 registration fee.
If a student needs to cancel after December 16, 2011 due to extenuating circumstances, refund arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
