PLEN uses the online registration system "RegOnline" registration and no longer accepts paper or mailed registrations.
Students who plan to pay by check or expect to receive funding from their school should select "pay by check" when completing the RegOnline form. Colleges that use the old PLEN application as their form for students applying for a school scholarship can access it here. Registration Fee There is a non-refundable registration fee of $100. Seminar Fee $150 for Students from PLEN Member Institutions $200 for Students from PLEN Associate Member Institutions $300 for Students from Non-PLEN Schools See if your school is a PLEN Member. The seminar fee includes opening lunch on Friday and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. These fees do not cover expenses for transportation and additional meals. Seminar housing is available for an additional cost. You must have all seminar fees paid by Friday, October 22, 2010. Housing Costs (optional) PLEN has negotiated a discount rate with the Carlyle Suites Hotel, located in the Dupont Circle area of Washington, DC. Please do not contact the hotel to make a reservation; PLEN will make the reservation for you. Double Room: $280 (per person) (Check in: Thursday, Nov. 11; Check out: Sunday, Nov. 14) Triple Room: $210 (per person) (Check in: Thursday, Nov. 11; Check out: Sunday, Nov. 14) Cancellation Policy All students who cancel their registration by November 1, 2010 will receive a complete refund except for the $100 registration fee. If a student needs to cancel after November 1, 2010 due to extenuating circumstances, refund arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
