Students who plan to pay by check or expect to receive funding from their school should select “pay by check” when completing the RegOnline form. Students are strongly encouraged to pay all seminar and housing fees by check.
Registration Fee
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $100.
Seminar Fee
$200 for Students from PLEN Member Institutions
$270 for Students from PLEN Associate Member Institutions
$400 for Students from Non-PLEN Schools

The program fee includes the opening night dinner. These fees do not cover expenses for transportation and additional meals. Seminar housing is available for an additional cost.
Housing Costs (optional)
PLEN has negotiated a discount rate with the Carlyle Suites Hotel, located in the Dupont Circle area of Washington, DC. Please do not contact the hotel to make a reservation; PLEN will make the reservation for you.
Double Room: $370 (per person) (Check in: Monday, May 21. Check out: Friday, May 25)
Triple Room: $280 (per person) (Check in: Monday, May 21 Check out: Friday, May 25)
All fees are due by Friday, May 11, 2011.
Cancellation Policy
All students who cancel their registration by Wednesday, May 16, 2012 will receive a complete refund except for the $100 registration fee.
If a student needs to cancel after Wednesday, May 16, 2012due to extenuating circumstances, refund arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
