Students are strongly encouraged to pay all seminar and housing fees by check. If you wish to pay by check, please send an email to plen@plen.org notifying us.

If you are being sponsored by your school, please indicate this by checking “YES” on the registration page and indicating the person at your school is sponsoring you.

Registration Fee

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $125.

Seminar Fee

$250 for Students from PLEN Member Institutions

$320 for Students from PLEN Associate Member Institutions

$550 for Students from Non-PLEN Schools

See if your school is a PLEN Member.

These fees do not cover expenses for transportation and most meals.  Seminar housing is available for an additional cost.

You must have all seminar and housing fees paid by Tuesday, March 5, 2013.

Housing Costs (optional)

PLEN has negotiated a discount rate with the Carlyle Suites Hotel, located in the Dupont Circle area of Washington, DC. Please do not contact the hotel to make a reservation; PLEN will make the reservation for you.

Double Room: $390 (per person)

Triple Room: $300 (per person)

Check in/Check out Dates: Check in: Monday, March 18; Check out: Friday, March 22

Cancellation Policy

All students who cancel their registration by March 8, 2013 will receive a complete refund except for the $125 registration fee.

If a student needs to cancel after March 8, 2013 due to extenuating circumstances, refund arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
