PLEN uses RegOnline registration for seminars and no longer accepts paper or mailed registrations. Students who plan to pay by check or expect to receive funding from their school should select "pay by check" when completing the RegOnline form. Applications for colleges that use the old PLEN application as their form for students applying for a school scholarship will be available soon. Registration Fee There is a non-refundable registration fee of $100. Seminar Fee $200 for Students from PLEN Member Institutions $270 for Students from PLEN Associate Member Institutions $400 for Students from Non-PLEN Schools See if your school is a PLEN Member. These fees do not cover expenses for transportation and most meals. Seminar housing is available for an additional cost. You must have all seminar and housing fees paid by Friday, February 18, 2011. Housing Costs (optional) PLEN has negotiated a discount rate with the Carlyle Suites Hotel, located in the Dupont Circle area of Washington, DC. Please do not contact the hotel to make a reservation; PLEN will make the reservation for you. Double Room: $370 (per person) Triple Room: $280 (per person) Check in/Check out Dates Session I Check in: Monday, March 7; Check out: Friday, March 11 Session II Check in: Monday, March 14; Check out: Friday, March 18 Cancellation Policy All students who cancel their registration by February 25, 2011 will receive a complete refund except for the $100 registration fee. If a student needs to cancel after February 25, 2011 due to extenuating circumstances, refund arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
