Kristina Hamilton

Kristina Hamilton is the Deputy Director at PLEN. She grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland, and graduated from the University of Virginia in May 2009 with a BA in history and a BA in African American studies. During her college career, she interned with the University of Virginia Women’s Center, the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library and the Accordia Global Health Foundation. After graduation, Kristina decided to return to the Washington, DC area to expand her interest in the nonprofit sector. She began at PLEN in July 2009 and is excited to be working towards enhancing women’s leadership in the public policy field.
